Located in Liaocheng city (the largest chemical production and distribution center in China) of Shandong province, Luoheng is a chemical company mainly engaged in production, processing and sales, with two subsidiaries of Liaocheng Jinxinda New Materials Co., Ltd. and Shandong Yuxuan Chemical Products Co., Ltd.
